Floated down to school bright and early on sat morning.. Haven't done that for a long long time. And what could get me down so early besides band prac? Of course that would have to be THE NTU current affairs quiz.
But it's pure irony lah.. The big guys who know the exact names of the astronauts in Shenzhou IV, the precise amount China Aviation Oil pays to settle legal matters with Temasek Holdings and the very date where the new pope was named do not know that SAJC moved to Potong Pasir..

Anyway.. was registering for NS and doing deferment today. Quite cool ah.. Must measure head circumference and shoulder length. Now things are so high tech and i'm quite computer illiterate. Need to hee the call of the gahmen and upgrade my skills! Do my national duty!
Oh yar.. flag raising must sing the National Anthem properly too coz the school authorities say the singing sessions in the morning must be good. Listen to the higher authorities who want us to do things for the sake of doing it. Sing the National Anthem with pride and gusto because it's meant to be sung like that.. not because we love the country. That's what Singapore Education is teaching us nowadays.. or at least the education i'm getting.
Fortunately I love my country.
