Saturday, January 25, 2003 So little Time, So much to do The band com is approaching and Jen has decided to come for band regularly...yay!!!! Now i'll have to teach her in 2 months what i can't even fully master myself, but first my 5 reeds which are hopefully "gd tone gd technique reeds"(my own classification of basson reeds)will arrive soon, the new bassoon which had a part drop off from the bell because of the climate changes in Singapore and Germany(?) and my bocals will be repaired soon... There's so little time to teach the sec 1's...if not for the SYF they could learn much more, but what to do?Then there's drills.Our drills very jia lat...basic steps also cannot do together...let's hope that a miracle would happen and suddenly "poof!" drills will not be a problem. I was so tired today, plonked myself on my bed after finishing A maths homework and had a nap.Every weekend there will always be a huge pile of homework waiting for me to attend to.Lucky next week Chinese New Year, can take a short break and get angbao somemore.Will we be going visiting? Mr. Glosz's House? Mr. Wong's house? If there is visting i really hope that everyone from the band will go along, not just go in groups like:"Yo gang", "P+J", "Sec 2's" etc. Where's the spirit man?Want to go all go lah, why must there be different groups going in different directions?How are we going to stand united this way? Gotong Royong as Liza said is togetherness, where is our togetherness may i ask.I must say 2 years ago there was more togetherness in social aspects than now.Let's stand in a group and be together k?After all we cannot play if we are not together. a ranting by Eugene at 10:07 PM Friday, January 24, 2003 What's with attitude? Y do some ppl have such a bad attitude? Questions Without attitude what can u accomplish?Can everyone who has identified this problem in themselves wake up?Is this the example u r going to set to the sec 1's?The SYF is in April, drawing steadily closer with each second, do u want to settle for a bronze or would u rather put in your share of the hardwork and earn your share of the results? First entry of my life...all the experienced bloggers must guide mi along ah. ok... Firstly, i would like to thank zat for helping me start this little blog of mine...for burning the midnight oil(which is what he always does) so that it could be present now. Today the we were just minding our business in the canteen after school when someone noticed a praying mantis...naturally everyone crowded around it and even more naturally samuel went to disturb it by throwing a coffee mint at it then and shaking his head like he wanted to challenge it to a fencing match.here came the muslim noodles auntie and hit it off the table and created a HUGE chain reaction.lynn jumped on the bench, wendy jumped back and the insect ran towards audrey making all 3 of them scream and shriek.but u shuld have seen the size of that thing...it could be well longer than tim's thumb.it was so fun...we shuld do this again. =I a ranting by Eugene at 9:49 PM Tuesday, January 21, 2003 say yo will ya? a ranting by Eugene at 11:10 PM |
